You will assist us in preparing the course and check-in locations before the participants' arrival. For your service, you will be given a Memories of Honor BOOT CREW T-shirt that is only available to our volunteers.

Tasks may include but not limited to:
✯ Setting up tents.
✯ Hanging banners
✯ Unloading gear
✯ Setting up water & snack stations
✯ Setting up tables

You will be on the course to support and encourage ruck course participants while ensuring their safety and adherence to the designated course. You'll receive a Memories of Honor BOOT CREW T-shirt as a thank you.

PARKING High Priority

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will help get participants into the parking area and direct them to the check-in and staging areas. For your service, you will be given a Memories of Honor BOOT CREW T-shirt that is only available to our volunteers.

Racer Check-in High Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will assist in checking in pre-registered participants and registering those who sign up on the morning of the event. As a token of our gratitude, you will receive a Memories of Honor BOOT CREW T-shirt, which is exclusively available to our volunteers.

Clean up High Priority

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

You'll be assisting us with dismantling and packing up after the event. As a token of our appreciation, we'll provide you with an exclusive Memories of Honor BOOT CREW T-shirt that's reserved only for our volunteers.

Weigh Station & Course Bag Checks

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

Before the event begins, your task will involve weighing packs and vests. Once the race commences, you will shift to the bag check station, where you will weigh packs after every lap and punch a hole in the ruckers lap card. As a volunteer, you will receive a Memories of Honor BOOT CREW T-shirt that is exclusively available to volunteers like yourself.
