Registration/T-shirts High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Distribute runner's bib numbers, t-shirts and race packets. Accept on-site registration forms and fees, and assign race bib numbers if needed.

Water Station High Priority

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Volunteers will be responsible for getting the resources to the designated water spot. You will hand out water as necessary to runners/walkers and also cheer them on :)

Cups - 200+

Balloon Release High Priority

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

These volunteers will hand out balloons and Sharpies to families.

Balloons - 150+
Sharpies - 25+
Table - 1+

Race Greeter Medium Priority

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Stationed at the entrance and throughout the race area to help guide runners to registration, start lines, and any other areas. We may have some emotional families so we want you to be the "shining" faces of encouragement also :) At the end of the race, gather near the finish line to direct runners to refreshments and cheer them on.

Volunteer Photographer High Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

We want to capture the special moments of this day. We'd love your help if you have an eye for photographer and are willing to share your talents. Message us if you have questions!

Floater High Priority
