"Under The Trees" Aid Station Volunteers will be our main cheering section and will hand out water and Gatorade to runners. You will see 5k runners twice, at roughly mile 0.75 and mile 2.25, and 10k runners four times, at roughly miles 0.75, 2.25, 3.75, and 5.50. "Off To The Races" Aid Station Volunteer High Priority

"Off To The Races" Aid Station Volunteers will be our main cheering section on the Retama property and will hand out water and ICE to runners. You will see 5k runners twice, at roughly mile 1.15 and mile 1.95, and 10k runners four times, at roughly miles 1.15, 1.95, 4.25, and 5.05. Medical - Start/Finish

Medical volunteers must hold current CPR/First Aid/AED certifications; RRCA certified Coaches welcome, EMT certification also welcome. Medical volunteers will provide oversight and render aid for their assigned area of the course, and will coordinate with the Medical Supervisor and/or Law Enforcement as needed. A cooling station will be available at the finish area for heat injuries. *This position will be stationed at the start/finish area.* Questions, please contact the Race Director at RD@reallife.org.
