Your cheerful encouragement and helping hand will make a real difference. Ability to lift and carry light to moderate weight (water coolers, tables, etc.) Willingness to work outdoors and be on your feet for the duration of the event. A commitment to leaving the course cleaner than you found it by picking up any trash along your route.
