We will have a designated sponsor parking area, with each spot marked by a traffic cone labeled “Sponsor.” Your job is to move the cones and allow sponsors with a valid printed parking pass to park there.
• Sponsors are allowed to park 2 vehicles each with a pass on the dashboard.
• We have 5 sponsors, so up to 10 spots may be used.
• If more than 2 vehicles for a sponsor arrive, any additional vehicles should be directed to general parking.

Please check in with Selena for guidance and any questions. Once parked direct sponsors to check in with Selena under the white tents.
