Details

Be a part of the crew who makes the race come to life. You'll help assemble bike racks in transition, set up fencing, lug tables, etc. This requires lifting, hauling, sweating, and possibly cussing. Gloves and a positive attitude are optional.

Details

General volunteers will be stationed as needed around the race site and may be asked to work at different areas throughout the morning.
Our biggest needs are:
Hydration Station
Setting up and organizing the Finish Line
Course flaggers
Body Marking before the race
Transition
Mount/dismount line outside transition

If you have a specific area you really want to work, sign up for general race day volunteer and when the volunteer coordinator sends a confirmation email, let her know! Also, if you can only work a portion of the shift, let the volunteer coordinator know when you can show up and when you need to leave.

Details

Transition is the fenced in area containing all the bikes, racks, clothing and excitement. Guard this barricaded fortress and secure its entrances from spectators.
Fat Black Sharpies are BACK! If you've always dreamed of being a tattoo artist, now is your time to ink ages on the calf of participants!
After the race starts, you can ease into your new role of "pointer/yeller" at the dismount line.

Details

This is where the die hard, hard core volunteers show up! It's a race in itself to see how fast we can tear down all the things race-related and get them loaded onto and into trailers. In a strange way, it is tons of fun! Expect to carry and drag heavy things. Help out for as long as you can.
