Packet & Timing Chip Pickup

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Assist athletes with Packet & Timing Chip Pickup.

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Body marking, bike check when athletes enter and exit the TA, and more. Assisting with mount and dismount line.

Run Course Water Station

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Water station assistance on the run course - hand out water to run as they pass through. Playtri Coordinators will take volunteers onto the course and pick them up after the task is completed. Safety vests will be provided. Children are welcome to help out while under supervision of an adult.

Course Marshals

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 14 more volunteers needed.

Details

Directing cyclists and runners on the course. Playtri Coordinators will take volunteers onto the course and pick them up after the task is completed. Safety vests will be provided.
Children are welcome to help at water stations on the run course while supervised by an adult.

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Ensure that athletes drop off their timing chips into red buckets provided to collect timing chips prior to exiting the finish line area.
