Manual Computer Back-up Medium Priority

Details

Manually mark each finisher as they cross finish line.

Start finish computer.

Manual Bib Number Recording High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Write down each finisher bib number in the order they finished

Red River Crossing Guard High Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Stop traffic and make sure drivers don't enter course and they follow only open route.

Zoo Crossing Guard

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Stop traffic and make sure drivers don't enter course until safe to go to zoo. Don't allow access that would impede runners.

Golf Course Road Block Guard

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Do not allow traffic to pass golf course entrance. Turn drivers into golf course only for u-turn.

Fox Bend Water Table

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Put out water on the table and direct runners into Fox's Bend and out of Fox's Bend towards golf course on the way out.

Trash Can Volunteer

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Pick up discarded water bottles and throw away in trash can.

Check-in Volunteer

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Download Race Checkin App, assign bib numbers as people pickup bibs, demonstrate where to attach tags on hips. Tell runners to put bib on front of body and keep visible at all times.
