You will be helping unload the truck and getting the tables, tents, flags and booths ready for the event. You will be asked to help organize bibs, T-shirts, or merchandise. You will be lifting boxes up to 50lbs and doing manual labor.

Details

You will be using a tablet or computer to check in the runners. You will ID the runners, find their bib, and explain what's next in the check-in process. You will be outside and on your feet for your entire shift.

Race Shirt Pick Up

Details

You will help runners get their race shirts. After runners receive their bib, they will come to you to retrieve their race shirt. You will take their ticket (a tab from their bib) and exchange it for the appropriate shirt size. You will be outside and on your feet for your entire shift.

Merchandise Booth

Details

You will be helping maintain the merchandise booth by folding clothes, restocking inventory, and keeping things organized by size and style. You will also assist customers and direct them to the check out area. You will be outside and on your feet for your entire shift.

Finish Line

Details

You will be helping at the finish line. Jobs may include setting up tables for the post race food boxes, or unboxing and handing out finisher medals. You may be lifting heavy boxes and will be on your feet for your entire shift.

Post-Event

Event Clean Up

"You will be helping tear down equipment near bib pickup or the finish line such as: ped rails, banners, finish line arch, tables and tents, picking up trash, and helping load the trucks. You will be doing manual labor and may be asked to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
