We need people to help runners get their race swag. After runners get their bib, they will come to you to retrieve their race swag. You will take their ticket from their bib and exchange it for the appropriate shirt/sweatshirt size.

You will help in our efforts to minimize the amount of trash that goes to the landfill. This may include changing out the Zero Waste containers for trash, recycle and compost, including sorting and crushing. May include collecting and washing reusable dishes from buffet dinner.

Details

As runners come across the finish line you will congratulate them and give them their finisher award and post race food and direct to shuttles and parking.

You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the finish line area or you can coordinate with the event director to take the shuttle from the festival HQ in Kanab (if space is available).

Gear Check Medium Priority

Details

You will help runners at the start who want to drop off extra clothing and gear at the start. Then organize gear check bags at the finish so runners can easily locate them when they finish the race.

Race start locations. You will coordinate with the race ops manager to get to the start line as there is no parking at the start.

Kid's Camp Support

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

You will be working with our Kid's Camp counselors to help execute a camp experience for the Trailfest kids. You'll be volunteering during the race events, so this is a task for a non-participant. Children that are not already enrolled in kid's camp cannot be brought to kid's camp to accompany volunteers.
