Aid Station @ Mile 1.5/Saturday (20 points per hour) Medium Priority

Details

Please sign in early. Volunteers help prepare their assigned aid station following the instructions located in the aid station bin. They will assist runners throughout the race by providing water or Powerade. Gels are provided at some aid stations. Volunteers will need to ensure that runners only take 1. Volunteers are encouraged to motivate runners with enthusiasm. Following the race, aid station volunteers will clean up the aid station. They will gather any clothing dropped by runners and return it to the volunteer area. Note: Each aid station will have a first aid kit available for use by runners. Volunteers will not provide medical treatment. If an emergency does occur, volunteers should immediately call course EMTs.
