Volunteers will be needed from helping registrants get their packs ready, placed around the course so no-one is carried away by the things that go bump in the night, assist with physical challenges for the Warrior Course, scare away the trolls under the bridge and the goblins hiding in stumps, act as roving medics to offering medical assistance, cheer everyone one as they step off and encourage everyone as they return.
