Details
The trails we use have one spot where we cross a dirt road, and a few sports where the trails fork. We try to mark them all to be obvious to racers, but we prefer to have a volunteer making sure no one goes the wrong way or has an issue with incoming cars. Also cheer on/encourage racers as they come by. After the final runner, pick up any trash/debris left on ground "Leave no trace," then walk in the course, picking up course markers on way in.
