Responsible for starting the timer with the horn at the beginning of the race and reading times aloud to the Volunteer Results Keeper

Registration Table

Details

Responsibilities include assisting runners with registration, collect payment, hand out race bags

Group Leaders

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Responsible for the boys and girls in each of the age group. Lead group in stretching 5 - 10 minutes.

Results Keeper

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Record runners time as they cross finish line. Timer will call off the times to be recorded.

Race Starter

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Coordinates with Race Timer Volunteer, and blows the air horn to acknowledge the start of that race.

Bib-Tearer

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Responsible for collecting the race bibs as the runners come through the finish line chute.
