Great opportunity for individual of group volunteering!

Packet Pick Up is a drive thru style pick up that will be held at HumanKind's campus. Volunteers will be divided up into roles upon arrival. Preference will try to be given on a first come first serve basis or overall need, but flexibility to be moved to different positions as need arises is required.
Areas of Packet Pick Up:
-Directing Traffic/Car Greeters
-Packet Retrievers
-Customer Service/Troubleshooting Tent
-Large Group Packet Retrievers
-Food Pantry/Coat Drive Drop Off

Working in conjunction with Zone Leader to help maintain assigned course zone. Cheering runners on, providing direction to runners as needed, moving barricades/cones and other course/zone duties as assigned.

Assist Start/Finish Coordinator with duties associated with the start/finish of the race, including moving cones/fencing/barricades, handing out finisher medals, ushering and guiding race participants as needed, cheering on runners, other duties as assigned associated with Start/Finish area.

*The 6:30 AM time slot needs to be volunteers able to lift 50 + lbs to help assemble the blow up Start/Finish line.

Help us carry the energy and joy of this event to our online community! This is the perfect volunteer opportunity for anyone interested in social media, marketing, or enjoys talking to and engaging the community.

We are looking for someone willing to help gather footage throughout Turkey Trot Season by:
-Capturing behind the scenes moments of Rae Packet Prep, Packet Pick up and Race Day
-Interviewing Staff, Runners, Volunteers and Families
-Creating Instagram Reels
-Bringing your own creativity and ideas!

Volunteers for this opportunity will be limited and need to have experience or familiarity with social media platforms and current social trends. Because this is a new and unique position, our Social Media Manager will follow up with more details about this commitment once you sign up.
