Please help support our runners by handing out water and Gatorade on the course. We would also ask that you help set up and take down the water station. Volunteers must arrive at 7:00am for check-in and must be at their assigned station at 7:30am. Must be capable of lifting at least 20lbs to participate in set-up and disassembly of the station.
