Saturday Pre-Event Setup Volunteers play a vital role in ensuring the venue is organized, welcoming, and ready for thousands of attendees. Volunteers will assist staff with setting up festival areas, activity stations, vendor spaces, registration areas, signage, tables, chairs, tents, and event materials before guests arrive.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with the setup of event tents, tables, chairs, and displays
- Placing signage and directional markers throughout the venue
- Organizing event supplies and materials
- Helping prepare vendor and exhibitor areas
- Setting up activity, game, and information stations
- Assisting with accessibility and inclusion features throughout the event space
- Supporting staff with general logistical tasks as needed
