Hand out race packets and register walk up participants

Snack table High Priority

Monitor and assist handing out snacks for runners at end of race

Water station mid race High Priority

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Hand out water to runners, fill up cups, ensure cups are put in trash cans

Creek crossing helpers

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Assist as needed runners crossing the creek, near beginning and end of course

Parking High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Help participants park in designated parking, and direct to overflow parking as needed

Fun Run High Priority

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

To assist participants stay on course, and assist fun run coordinator as needed

Cheerleaders and course clean up

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

Stationed through out the course, cheer on and encourage runners, also take pictures during the event, and then assist with cleanup of course.

Sweeper

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Be the last finisher, assist stragglers, ensure no one gets left behind
