Details

Assists with Event Set-Up. Checks-in pre-registered runners and passes out Race Bag/Packet not picked up the day prior. Moves to Course Marshall Location A just prior to start of race and directs runners to turn left from parking lot to wooded cut through trail.
Times:
- Arrive at 7:00am to help with Event Set-Up
- Work Pre-Registered Runner Check-In table from 7:45-8:50
- Work as Course Marshall at Location A from 8:50-9:30 (or until last starting runner passes).

Details

Assists with Event Set-Up. Directs interested runners that did not pre-register to the bit.ly/StrideforWellness site to register, or works with runner sign-up. Then checks runner in for race, and gives runner a Race Bag/Packet. Moves to Course Marshall Location B just prior to race start and directs runners to turn right when exiting the wooded cut through trail.
Times:
- Arrive at 7:00am to help with Event Set-Up
- Work Pre-Registered Runner Check-In table from 7:45-8:50
- Work as Course Marshall at Location B from 8:50-9:30 (or until last starting runner passes).

Details

Will be assigned a designated area on the course and will actively point the course direction to all runners approaching well before they arrive. Mark off runners at the 5K and 10K turnaround. Notifies staff when the last runner has passed on the return leg.
Transportation To/From Location:
- Please sign in at the volunteer tent at 8:15 and be at your designated water station by 8:45 to set up.
- The Vehicle Transportation Volunteer will drop you off near your designated location on the course. After that you can ride with the Water Station volunteers on the golf cart to the course and then walk to your exact location.
- When finished walk back to the Water Station and either get a ride on the golf cart or walk the wooded trail back to the rec center. Call/text Vehicle Transportation to pick you up.

Details

Distribute water to runners. Volunteers will be dropped off near their designated location. They will then utilize a golf cart to transport water to course. Distributes water to runners and maintains water station area. After last runner passes on return leg utilize golf cart to check the course and pick up trash and signage. Returns golf cart to Kingsmill Eagles Clubhouse.
Transportation To/From Location:
- Please sign in at the volunteer tent at 8:15 and be at your designated water station by 8:45 to set up.
- Vehicle Transportation will drop you off near your designated location on the course. Use the golf cart to travel from the drop off area to the course via the wooded trail.
- Call/text Vehicle Transportation when finished and let them know you are ready for pick up and what location you are at (Southall or Wareham’s or Clubhouse).
