Assist during the race. Flaggers are stationed along the race course to keep racers safe while on the course.
We are looking for volunteers 18+ for this job. Younger folks can volunteer as flaggers if they are paired with an adult.

Details

We need people who are able to run/walk with an EDD Athlete. You will be "on-call" at the race and potentially paired up with an athlete with disabilities who needs a race buddy. This could mean running/walking side-by-side, pushing a wheelchair, or simply providing encouragement along the way.

Provide encouragement and CELEBRATE as racers cross the finish line. Hand out medals and water to all finishers.
Do you have an inflatable costume at home (dinosaur, bear, alien, etc)? We would like to have some characters dancing and cheering at the finish line.
