This task will help set up the start/finish line area. This includes moving items from the RD house to the start/finish line area and setting up tables/chairs as well as getting the race packets set up and distributed to runners.

This task will be checking in runners and distributing race packets to runners.

Race Check in 4 a.m.-Friday Morning, the movement of drop bags to Riverside Inn High Priority

This will be to check in runners and distribute packets to the 100 mile runners and 24 hour runners starting at 5 a.m.

Friday Race day volunteer High Priority

Details

This will be taking care of runners at the main race headquarters including refilling bottles and food supplies at the main aid station

Friday afternoon 24 hour Race Packet Pick up Medium Priority

Details

This will be to distribute packets to afternoon 24 hour runners as well as to supplement aid station volunteers

Friday Evening Volunteers High Priority

Details

This task will involve taking care of runners at the main aid station including refilling bottles, cooking food, ensuring the aid station remains well stocked and ensuring runners numbers are noted as laps are completed

Friday night/Saturday Morning Aid Station High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

This volunteer shift will the MOST AWESOME because you will be taking care of runners at the most critical moment of need. This will include ensuring they have all of their food needs taken care of

Saturday Morning Aid Station-to finish High Priority

This volunteer shift will take care of runners as they complete their final miles to complete the race

Saturday mid-day Post Race Pizza, Cider Donut and Maple Party and clean up High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

This task will start at noon and end by 5 or 6 and will involve helping out with the post race party as well as clean up. Ideally the prior volunteers keep areas tidy, start clean up as the race completes and this is finished efficiently and quickly

Saturday mid morning-Retrieve Drop Bags from Riverside Inn and take them to Headquarters and clean up Riverside Inn

This volunteer position will move any remaining drop bags from Riverside inn to the main headquarters by the post race party at the Stowe Farmers Market
