Clean-up at the end of the race: ensure that garbage is picked up, garbage bags gathered and loaded into one of our pick-up trucks, walk the course to ensure no garbage is left behind, assist with taking down tents, tables, chairs, etc.

Help 2 kids at a time race their rubber ducks using water guns down a water gutter! Help them with start/stop. If there is more than 1 person you can switch off. Help setup.

Help with any of the following: post flyers, spread word in community and on social media, help host tables at Auburn Kids Day (6/23) and National Night Out (8/4)

Pre-Race Operational Logistics High Priority

-Picking up any supplies or materials from vendors/donors before race day
-Organizing and storing donated items until race day
-Printing and assembling volunteer packets — name badges, role sheets, waivers
-Dropping off signage or banners at Roegner Park if early access is allowed
-Coordinating shirt inventory — sorting by size and packaging before race day
Picking up any rented equipment (tents, tables, etc.) ahead of time

Chalk volunteers Medium Priority

Write uplifting words in chalk on the path runners and walkers will take, have fun with the designs!!!

Tabling Events- National Night Out 8/4, Time is likely 4pm but TBD High Priority

Tabling at this event, help set up, sell lemonade, help kids play a game, help with clean up. Time is TBD and likely in early evening.
