Volunteers will help participants check their bags and stow the bag in the box truck while the participant is on course.

Garbage Guru

December 15, 2019

Details

The garbage guru will be in charge of keeping the trash sorted into three categories: recycle, compost, and trash, and managing the cans. The cans will already be labeled and tape will be provided to keep the bags separate.

Food Handout and Guard Medium Priority

Aid Station #1: Road Runner Sports

Volunteers will pass out water, nuun, and gels to participants.

Aid Station #2 High Priority

December 15, 2019

This volunteer task is full.

Details

Volunteers will hand out water and nuun hydration drink to participants on the course.

Location

Will e-mail details and directions 3 days prior to the event.

Course Monitor

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Volunteers will be given a high visibility vest to wear during the event, monitor for vehicle traffic, and motion/tell participants where to go. (Stay left, stay right, etc.)

Bike Lead 5K

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Bike Lead 12K

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Bike Sweeper

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Medals

Post Race Water Medium Priority

Volunteers will hand out water to participants after they finish.

North Pole Cheer Station Medium Priority

Details

We need some amazing volunteers for the North Pole. Well it's actually just at the intersection of the Cross Kirkland Corridor and 110th Ave NE in Kirkland. However, we just want to turn this into the North Pole for a couple of hours. We ask that all volunteers for this cheer station dress up in a fun Holiday outfit from their most favorite Holiday movie. However, we just want to make this the greatest Holiday cheer station of them all.
