You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

(but typically the Thurs and Sat before the run with a few timeslots to choose from. You will be contacted with more information and the schedule.)

Registration Booth Attendant Low Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Help distribute packets to runners collecting their bibs and swag bags. Help manage the line and crowd.

Handout Medals Medium Priority

Details

Stand at the finish line, congratulate participants and handout medals to the finishers!

Support Kid Dashes High Priority

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

We need people along the kid dash path to guide them and cheer them on.

Clean Up Crew High Priority

Details

Help to make sure we pack out what we pack in. Removing signs, taking down tables, help load the trucks, etc.

Gear Check Medium Priority

Details

Collect and manage items for participants while they run/walk.

Waste Zero Medium Priority

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help collect and sort the garbage, compost, and recycling during the event.

On the Course Support

Crossing Guard Low Priority

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Crossing Guards will be needed to assist runners at designated crosswalks along the course. Safety gear (vests and flags) will be provided. A volunteer can be as young as 14 but will need to be with an adult.

On The Course Volunteer Medium Priority

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Volunteers are needed to help mark the course for the 5k & 10k. These volunteers are encouraged to cheer on our runners/walkers! A volunteer can be as young as 14 but will need to be with an adult.
