Volunteers will help with setting up the start/finish line area. Jobs include: preparing the finish line chute, setting up feather banners and tents, organizing supplies, etc.

Packet Pickup and Registration

Volunteers will help pass out race bibs and swag to participants.

Gear Check

July 15, 2017

This volunteer task is full.

Details

Volunteers will label participants' bags with tags and load them into the U-Haul truck. After the participant has finished, the volunteers will check the bib number with the bag label and return the bag.

Medals

Details

Volunteers will pass out medals to all finishers.

Aid Station

July 15, 2017

Details

Volunteers will fill drink cups with water and/or nuun, then pass them out to the participants during the race. Cheering and shouting out encouragements are highly recommended!

Course Monitor

July 15, 2017

Details

Volunteers will be given a high visibility vest to wear during the race and have a location to monitor until the last runner passes. Course monitor positions will be emailed to volunteers the week before the event.

Tear Down
