You will be assigned an intersection to monitor traffic and cheer on the participants.

Location

We will let you know ahead of time what intersection to report to. We'd ask that you are in place by 8:50 for the 9:00am start.

Registration Table High Priority

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will either help check participants in or organize/handout shirts.
Please arrive by 7:00am.

Location

Pavilion, Eagle Village Park.

Organize/Help hand out awards Medium Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will help organize, setup, and hand out awards. Please report by 9:30AM.

Location

Pavilion, Eagle Village Park

Race Rabbit and Trail biker High Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will either lead the race with a bike (or golf cart) or be the trail vehicle/person behind the last walkers. Please report by 8:45.

Signage/Cones setup and pickup Medium Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will help with setting up cones/signage before and/or after the event.

Location

Please check in at the pavilion (registration area) at 7:30 AM if you volunteer for pre-race help. You can report at 9:30 if you volunteer for post race clean-up.

Water Stations Medium Priority

Details

You will help distribute water to participants.
Water will already be there.

Food/Water Donations Medium Priority

Details

We need the following (all or any amounts you can donate - no matter how big or small. But please indicate quantities)
250 Peanut Free Granola Bars (any brand)
12 bags of Cuties (small oranges)
100 bananas
10 cases of water
200 FROZEN Icy Pops

Location

Please bring to the Eagle Village Park pavilion by 8:00 on race morning.
Or, coordinate with Theresa Schreiber the week before. (414-712-2271).

Photographers Medium Priority

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will be taking pictures on designated locations on the course using your phone and the RunSignup app. Your photos will automatically sync bib numbers to the participant in RunSignup.
