Assist the timing team by recording race times as participants cross the finish line. You will operate the backup timing system using a keypad to ensure that the race results are accurately captured and can be verified if necessary.

Assist with setting up yard games and activities (frisbees, footballs etc...) for families and racers to enjoy before, during and after event.

Finish Line Assistant Low Priority

Assist in ensuring a smooth and orderly flow of participants through the finish line area. You’ll guide participants through the chute, help them stay on track, and assist the timing team's backup timing operator.

Fuel Station Low Priority

As the first point of contact for participants at the event, you'll help ensure a smooth check-in process for runners and walkers. You'll assist participants with registering, providing them with their race bibs, event materials, and answering any questions they may have.

Run/Walk Bike Route Lead High Priority

Leading the front of the race to ensure participants follow the correct route and do not take wrong turns. Maintain a consistent speed roughly 100 feet in front of the leading runners.

Run/Walk Route Guide High Priority

Positioned at key points along the race route, your job is to guide runners and walkers, helping them navigate the course and ensuring they take the correct path and cheering them on. Your role is important for maintaining the flow of the race and keeping participants safe and on course.
