Details

The volunteers at this position assist with setup of the race staging area, including the start/finish line, and tearing down the staging areas for the race (e.g., tent take-down and re-packing equipment and other items after the race). Assistance with start/finish line management, including coordination of the Kid's Race and finisher support are also included in this position.

Registration

Details

The volunteers at this position assist with setup of registration area (e.g., tent setup, unboxing shirts and other items, etc.) and registration of participants. Volunteers also setup of awards/refreshments after registration has closed.

Course Sentry

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Volunteers at this position work alongside local police to coordinate runner and vehicle traffic on the race course.

Course Management

Details

Volunteers at this position assist the Course Captain with setup and tear down of the race course, including the start/finish line, signage along the route, and the water table.

Donations Management

August 6, 2016

Details

The volunteer at this position coordinates and manages donations to the Foundation that are made on race day.

Race Leader

August 6, 2016

Details

The volunteer(s) at this position lead runners at or near the front of the race along the course (you must have your own bicycle).
