Hang by the bouncy house and help limit how many kids are inside at a time. We are allowed to have up to 5 kids in the bouncy house at a time. You will want to use a timer on your phone to signal when kids are done. This will be shorter shifts that can allow the possibility of switching to help in other areas after if desired.

Collect the diapers that participants bring. We will have two sheets, one for groups that have collected diapers, and one for individuals that have collected. We will want names and totals on these since it is a competition. **You will want to double count as it is very easy to get the wrong number, take your time with it.** When done, help load the truck with other volunteers. You might want to count a full total when loading up the truck to ensure we have the correct number.
