Join us for The Milwaukee Beer Run 5k & .05k
on Sunday, October 5 2025 at The Bavarian Bierhaus!
Enjoy the beautiful out-and-back course along the tree-lined Oak Leaf trail, crossing the finish line into the Oktoberfest celebration!
Over in the fest, the beer will be flowing, music will be jumpin’, and folks will be celebrating their victories with beautiful autumn views. Celebrate your race in true Milwaukee style with all-day entry to Milwaukee's Original Oktoberfest in Old Heidelberg Park on October 5, which is included with your registration!
Distances Available:
3.1 miles (5k): Walk, run, or jog along the Oak Leaf Trail, ending at Oktoberfest; all ages and abilities are welcome.
54 yards (.05): A hot 54 yards to glory and all the great perks!
Race start time: 10 am

You may pick up a friend's packet. There is no waiver needed

IMPORTANT: Early packet pick-up is strongly encouraged! There will be long lines on race morning. Please arrive early if utilizing race morning pick-up.
If you are picking up packets for 3 or more people, please email cheers@414events.com the names of the racers and we will group your packets for quick + easy pick-up.

Online Registration will close at 9:45am on Sunday, October 5. We will update our registration page when we are sold-out!
Age 12 and under: Registration is not required. If you would like to receive the sweatshirt, cup, root beer, and chip-timed race bib - please register the kiddos :-)
Transfers
Can't make the event or want to switch distances? You may transfer your registration to another participant, to another distance, or to the virtual race from your account on Run Sign Up, up until the day of the event.
1) Log in on Runsignup.com
2) Click "Profile" on the top right-hand side of the page
3) Click "Manage Registration"
4) Transfer Event [distance] or Transfer to Another Runner (Depending on your chosen option- listed at the top of the page on the top right)
Parking
Parking is available in the parking lot of Bavarian Bierhaus and on the surrounding streets. Please be respectful of neighbors when parking.
Pups + Strollers
Strollers are allowed on the course. Please be aware of your fellow racers and allow for those to pass to keep their desired times. This race does take place on public streets, so please exercise caution!
Age 12 and under: Registration is not required. If you would like to receive the sweatshirt, cup, root beer, and chip-timed race bib - please register the kiddos :-)
Pups are not allowed on this course- but are welcome to cheer you on at the finish line!
Weather Cancellation
In the event of inclement weather, we will follow USATF rules of 30 minutes of lightning-free sky within a 6-mile radius. Should we have to cancel the event due to weather, we will update our race registration page and send an email to notify participants.
The race will be held in rain, snow, or shine!
