Event cleanup crew will walk the route in small groups to ensure we Leave No Trace, collecting directional signs and any trash left behind. Mask is required so I stay in compliance with my City Event Permit.

Halfway water table High Priority

Details

Bring table and waters to the turnaround point. Stay at the halfway table and encourage participants. Provide bottles of water to those who want one. Clean up and bring supplies back after last participant is through. Mask is required so I stay in compliance with my City Event Permit.

Announcer High Priority

Announcer will keep people informed about the time and remind them to stay socially distant. Mask is required when not announcing so I stay in compliance with my City Event Permit.

Sanitizer, Water & Food Table Worker

Set up the sanitizer, food and water tables for the event. Ensure people use hand sanitizer before they grab food or water. Mask is required so I stay in compliance with my City Event Permit.

Race stagers will help participants line up in their position, while maintaining safe distances. Will work with timing company to send waves out at correct time. Mask is required so I stay in compliance with my City Event Permit.

Bike Escorts High Priority

This volunteer task is full.

Details

We need bike escorts to lead out the first runners, and also cruise the route to help with anything participants need. Escorts will carry a 1st Aid kit with them in case anybody gets hurt on the course. Mask is required if you provide help to a participant so I stay in compliance with my City Event Permit.
