Poker Stop Volunteers:
-You will ask the bartender for beer and water ONE pitcher at a time (this beer is donated so need to worry about money) (it is up to the bar what kind of beer they want to pour)
-Beer and water will need to be poured into separate 3oz cups and set on the table, each participant only gets ONE cup of beer!
-Each participant will take a turn spinning for a card. ONE spin per stop please. Please initial the participants bib in correct location of their card (if something happens to your spinner please switch to the deck of cards)
-A participant CANNOT draw the same card twice, so if they draw an Ace of diamonds and that is already marked on their bib please have them draw again
-You will have a trash bag so please make sure all our cups get picked up and any other trash the participants may leave behind
-*****PLEASE DO NOT leave your poker stop until you see ALL 4 golf cart course sweepers. Each golf cart will be responsible for moving along the participants on each course. Once all 4 come and go then you can clean and pack up and head back to DJ’s.*****
-Please pack up all unused cups, the spinner does not go in the bin, markers and any other supplies back into the box. You can leave; table, chairs, trash bag (tied up) there (if there is any beer left feel free to drink it, but please do not order another pitcher just so you will have left overs, return pitchers inside.)
-Head back to DJ’s to CHECK OUT and enjoy the post party. Bring spinner and bin with you.

If any participant hands you this card, they have earned an EXTRA spin, please let them spin a second time and add to their poker hand. Please COLLECT the card from them and put in your supply bin.
