Participants will be able to pick up packets during the following time:

Thursday, April 25th from 3-7 pm
Friday, April 26th, from 12- 7 pm

Race Day Set Up Crew (prior to race) High Priority

Details

Assist with setting up course, fencing, tables, banners, signs, timing company and etc. OUTSIDE WORK Mainly! Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.

*Due to Covid Safety Protocols, please note there may be modifications for food tents, community outreach area, mascots, or registration/packet pick up on race day this year. Volunteers will be used in all of these areas to help with extra crowd control/safety set up.

Race Day Event Help Parking Lot/Lawn Areas (during main race event) High Priority

Details

Volunteers will be assigned to one of the following areas/duties during the race: Volunteer Check in, Greeter (GPS), passing out pre-packaged food/water at start/finish line, parking etc.

*Due to Covid Safety Protocols, please note there may be modifications for food tents, community outreach area, mascots, or registration/packet pick up on race day this year. Volunteers will be used in all of these areas to help with extra crowd control/safety set up.

Details

Volunteers will be assigned to one of the following duties during the race: on the course race guide (motivating/giving direction to runners), helping Timing Company, parking lot, or any other needs.

*Due to Covid Safety Protocols, please note there may be modifications for food tents, community outreach area, mascots, or registration/packet pick up on race day this year. Volunteers will be used in all of these areas to help with extra crowd control/safety set up.
