Assist with setting up course, fencing, tables, banners, signs, timing company and etc. OUTSIDE WORK Mainly! Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.

Registration opens at 7:30 am and will finish at 8:30 am if possible. 5 teams of 2 to work this area is needed.

RACE DAY Event Help Parking Lot/Lawn/Tent Areas (during main race event) High Priority

Volunteers will be assigned to one of the following areas/duties during the race: Volunteer Check in, Greeter (GPS), prepping and passing out pre-packaged food/water at start/finish lines and tents, parking etc..

Race Day Event Help ON COURSE Guides (during main race event) High Priority

Details

Volunteers will be assigned to one of the following duties during the race: on the course race guide (motivating/giving direction to runners), helping Timing Company, parking lot, or any other needs.

RACE DAY Jesse Pagels Memorial Picnic Help Medium Priority

You must be 16-85 years old to volunteer for this task.

Details

Beginning after the race awards/metals are distributed (around 11 am start) we will have a memorial picnic for Jesse Pagels. This will take place in Picnic Area #1 off W. Lincoln Ave entrance. Still in beginning planning stages for this part so tasks/jobs for this part are still undefined but there will be a food vendor so helping with that part of the picnic is high probability.
