Late T-shirt/bib pick-up, walk-up registration on participant's device/phone (cash, local check or credit) 5:45 AM to race starts (7:00 & 7:15 AM). Direct participants to the start line and advise on post-race awards and event entertainment/beer tent locations. Handout radios, vests, etc. to course marshals and lead bikers. Start setting up finish line snacks & water.

Finish setting up snacks & water and replenish throughout day. Help at finish line with handing out food, water and picking up garbage. Collect radios, vests, etc. from course marshals and lead bikers. One volunteer to hand out awards to Lil' Run winners. One volunteer to help set up run awards table and distribute awards. One volunteer to exchange T-shirts for different sizes as needed.

Direct runners and walkers to/from S 4th St as they begin and finish race. Advise participants at the start to stay on the west side of 4th St and keep the 2-mile participants on the east side of 4th St as they finish at Mandt Park.

Location

Either enter trail from Industrial Drive and take trail 0.1 mile south or enter from Cooper's Causeway and take trail 0.3 mile northwest. Station is at 3-leg intersection of trail.

D - Course Marshal - Yahara River Trail Bridge (Coopers Causeway)

Direct walkers move to one side and allow the lead bike and runners to pass over bridge. There may be runners and walkers in each direction at some point, so it would be good to have someone on each end of bridge.

As needed, respond to Aid Stations to replenish water coolers and sport drinks using Madison Events truck. Pick up snacks from Mandt Center and offer to Aid Station volunteers. Be familiar with routes to each aid station.
