Run with Heart 5K

Columbia Athletic Club and the City of Mill Creek are thrilled to be bringing the Run With Heart back! Come walk, jog or run with us as we support the Hope Creek Charitable Foundation.

Race Day Schedule:

8:00 am – Day of Registration opens
9:00 am - Registration closes
9:15 am – Kid's Dash begins
9:30 am – 5K run/walk begins
10:30 am – Awards Ceremony 

Fees:
Early Registration ends August 15th

Regular Registration ends Sept. 30th

*Day of race registration will be available but no medal is guaranteed.

Registration Includes:
Finisher's Medal and race bag. T-shirts are included with registrations completed before 9/3. There will be a minimal amount of extras available for purchase the day of the event. We are asking for a donation of $10 per t-shirt.

Awards:
Acknowledgement will be given to the TOP THREE male and female finishers in each 5K race age division as well as to the overall male and female winners..​

5K Age Divisions: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+

Parking:
There is ample parking near McCollum Park thanks to the Park and Ride.

Weather Policy:
The Run With Heart will take place rain or shine! In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to delay, postpone, or cancel the event. All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
