Description

This event benefit local disabled, homeless Veterans and the local food banks surrounding Joint Base Lewis McChord JBLM.  This is design is total trail running at it finest.  The event is located in Historic Fort Steilacoom Park, 8714 87th Street SW, Lakewood, WA 98498.  The routes are single and double track well maintained trails within the park.  Expect some very challenging "Die Hard" hills to challenge the participant's skills, experience and trail running or walking abilities.  There is a schedule a massive awards ceremony to include Starbuck, Almond Roca, Costco,fringe benefits, random mystery prizes, a 2017 Ford 150 Pickup auction for $20 to be awarded to a disabled or homeless veteran.  The event fringe benefit is post event showers at 24 hour fitness in the Lakewood Towne Center.  Participant(s) must show event bib number and photo ID to have access to a hot long shower post event.
