Event Description

SPARRKS First Annual 5K Stride to Recovery

Join us for the SPARRKS First Annual 5K Stride to Recovery, a powerful community event dedicated to raising awareness for mental health and recovery. This special event will feature a 5K run/walk, creating an opportunity for individuals and families of all ages to come together in support of hope, healing, and wellness.

Our mission is to break the stigma surrounding mental health and recovery while encouraging open conversations, support, and community connection. Whether you are running in honor of a loved one, supporting your own recovery journey, or simply showing solidarity, every step taken helps spread awareness and inspire change.

Together, we can make a difference — one stride at a time.

Come run, walk, and support recovery with us as we build a stronger, healthier community for all.
