Lake Wilderness Triathlon is celebrating our 22nd year!!  This event is scenic in all aspects of the race and has something for every level of participation. This is an excellent venue for first-time triathletes and experienced athletes looking for great competition. We have many first time triathletes and those that compete in Ironman.

Start the race in Lake Wilderness with beautiful views of Mt. Rainier as you swim, bike along the rolling hills of Maple Valley, and run along the Lake Wilderness Trail.

Everyone is welcome to join us for this great event
