Capitol Lake 2 Person 10K Relay, 5K & 10K

Date and Time
Race starts at 8:30 AM on March 21, 2020.
Race day registration and packet pickup starts one hour before the race and ends ten minutes before the race starts.

10K Relay
Pre-Registration Price: $50.00 ($25/person).
Race Day Price: $60.00 ($30.00/person).
Two people per team. Teams may be male, female or co-ed. The course is a 1.55 loop course. Each person will run one lap and switch off with your best friend. Each person will run half of the total race distance. Both runners that are participating in the relay will sign up at the same time of registration. If you would like help finding a best friend for the race, please contact the Race Manager.

10K
Pre-Registration Price:  $29.00.
Race Day Price:  $35.00.
This race uses the same lap course as the relay.

5K
Pre-Registration Price:  $24.00.
Race Day Price:  $30.00.
This race uses the same lap course as the relay.

Awards
Awards are mailed out after the race.  Awards are placards that go on the back of your finisher medal.  Please allow 30 days for us to mail out awards.
Series Awards go out at the end of the year and are medals.  You must have a US address to receive your awards.

Race Rules
Entry fees are non-refundable, no exceptions. You may not wear someone else's bib. You must be in good health and physically prepared. Race numbers are required to participate. This event will occur rain or shine. We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. Should the event be canceled, we will transfer your registration to our next event at the same location. You make request to transfer to another event 24 hours before the races starts, this includes virtual races. No dogs on the course.

Self Timed Race
We are allowing people to self time their race.  You must run and email Missy@usroadrunning.com with a screenshot of your finish time.  Your race must be done on the same day as the race. Medals and bibs will be mailed out Tuesday after the race date.   Do not go to the race and pick up your medal and bib.  Results will be posted on RunSignUp and awards will be mailed out 30 days after the race. You must have a US mailing address to receive your package and awards.

US Road Running Race Club
This race is put on by the US Road Running Race Club.  The club has over two hundred races each year.  For most location, we have races every month.  It is not required to be a club member to attend a US Road Running race.  It is required that you have fun.  Club members receive 50% off all US Road Running club races when you preregister using RunSignUp.  For more information about the club go to https://runsignup.com/raceclub

Volunteers make a huge impact with all our events and we are always looking for willing caring people. All volunteers will receive their choice of a free race registration to a future US Road Running race. Contact our Race Manager to see if we have any volunteer spots available.
