Description

The Puddle Jump 5k/10k WALK, RUN, BIKE, STROLL is a Family Friendly race to get you out and exercising long after the summer is gone. You can compete for prizes, run for fun, or just take you and the kids down one of the longest most accessible hiking/biking trails: The Chehalis-Western Trail.

2017 Puddle Jump 5K/10K Run/Walk/Stroll takes place on a scenic course during the peak of autumn. It starts at the 67th Avenue Trailhead (Horizons Elementary) of the Chehalis-Western Trail, proceeds directly north towards the beautiful Chambers Lake and loops back. The event also includes an awards ceremony.
So whatever the weather, we’re going to run, walk, and stroll in the puddles in honor of community wellness and the PARC Foundation!
The Puddle Jump is put on by the Thurston County PARC Foundation (parcfoundation.org) which is dedicated to preserving the vital green spaces of our natural surroundings, expanding and supporting works of art and artists in our community, ensuring all citizens have access to recreational opportunities, and celebrating cultural activity in Thurston County.

Come and bring your family and friends to compete in either our 5k or 10k race.
