Description
The Trick-or-Trot 5K will be held in late October on the weekend of Halloween. Participants can choose to run from home, or from one of our routes in Pullman or Spokane. Participants will have access to the race through an app that provides live GPS tracking, Send-A-Cheer, and Virtual result leaderboards. Dressing up will be encouraged. The mission of the virtual run is to promote youth sports in the Pullman community and provide an opportunity to support local families of low income.
What's It Cost? Registration is $15 and includes the full virtual race experience. Add a shirt for another $12
Virtual Run Instructions WITH RaceJoy App
Runner instructions
- Download the RaceJoy App a few days before your race
- Find the Trick or Trot run and click to access
- Follow the prompts as a runner in the app
- Run your race Oct. 31st by clicking the “start my race” button in the app
- Make sure to tell your family and friends to follow the spectator instructions below.
- Your results will automatically post for you
Spectator instructions
- Download the RaceJoy App a few days before your runner starts the race
- Find the Trick or Trot race and click to access
- Follow the prompts as a spectator in the app
- You can create cheers and other custom messages for your runner to hear along course
- Track your runner and shower them with confetti or some other creative finish!
Make sure to post your photos and tag us on social media!

- Have your family and friends cheer you on at your finish
