WHY: The purpose of this event is to raise awareness about the importance of Early Support Services for infants and toddlers. We work to empower families with children from birth to age three who have developmental delays or may be at risk for delays. This paved trail around the lake is smooth and great for families.

Parking: The main parking lot can easily fill up on a busy day. There is also overflow parking across the street and street parking available.

Accessibility: There are 3 designated accessible spaces in the paved parking lot off of 7th Street Southeast at the northwest end of the trail. All of them are van-accessible with striped access aisles.

The trail surface is paved asphalt and smooth. It is typically at least 8 feet wide. Much of the trail is estimated to be in the gentle (3% or less) grade category.
