Log 20 run days in November and December!
We do it again! But, this time, let's focus on running.
This challenge is not about mileage but to get you in the habit of getting out and run.
It can be to just follow your current plan or to add a few runs to it. Be careful not to increase mileage too much though.
Each run must be at least 20 min to be counted.
I am working on prizes. Though it is a free event I might come up with something. The reward is to be able to log in 20 days of 20 minutes or more of running.
You don't do this challenge for a t-shirt or a medal. It's about you. It's about finding the discipline to go out and run 20 times in November.
