📍 Location: Green Lake, Seattle — check-in is at the Community Center in front of the swim area

⏰ Packet pickup opens at 7:00 AM and runs until race start

🚦 Race starts at 8:00 AM sharp

Arriving late? You are still welcome to participate, however, timing will not be accurate.

👕 Shirt reminder: The first 50 registered participants will receive a shirt — you'll find out if you're one of them when you pick up your race packet!

Shirts are available to purchase (limited quantity) for $25 as well!

Participating virtually?

Those who were in the first 50 to register should be receiving your t-shirts in the mail this week!

Those who were not the first 50 to register: shirts are available to purchase (limited quantity) for $25; and you will be receiving your medal after the race.

Why Miles for Mamas?? Miles for Mamas 5K is supporting the Manyoni Mama Project to bring an ultrasound machine to St. Maria de Mattias Hospital in rural Tanzania. Whether you're nearby or across the country, you can run or walk from wherever you are!
