with proceeds benefitting Seattle Children's Hospital and Make a Wish Alaska & Washington!

All training runs will begin at 8:30AM and will have complimentary doughnuts & coffee for all participants!

T-shirts will be available during packet pick up at Super Jock 'n Jill on Saturday
as well as on event morning.
Course
Starting and finishing near the Green Lake Community Center and the basketball courts, this course utilizes the roads and bike lanes around Green Lake.
Strollers and pets will be allowed on the course. We'll have all our folks with strollers and pets on the course together following our racers and runners.
Day of Race Schedule
7:00 AM: Registration, bib and chip pick up
8:30 AM: Start of the 5K Run & Walk
9:15 AM: Awards Ceremony
9:30 AM: Start of the 1K Kids Dash (Kids up to 12)
Race Day Registration Fee: $60.00
