Lace up and join the countdown to SEA26!

On May 16—just 30 days before Seattle hosts FIFA World Cup 26™—runners and walkers will take part in the Unity Loop 5K, a celebration of sport, community, and the global game.
The race begins near the FIFA World Cup Countdown Clock at Seattle Center, travels south on 2nd Avenue, passes through Occidental Square, and finishes at Lumen Field.

Wear the jersey of your favorite fútbol team and run or walk with soccer fans as Seattle gets ready to welcome the world.

Registration Prices:

• $45 March 24 - April 10

• $55 - April 11 - May 14

• $65 - May 15 & 16

Virtual Race Registration - $50 (through race day)

By registering for the virtual race, it means you plan to participate on your own. Virtually you choose your race course and time you decide to participate!

After you've registered for the Unity Loop 5K, you’ll receive a “referral” link in the registration confirmation page and via your confirmation email. This is YOUR specific registration link.

All you have to do is share with your friends. Share it via email, text, Facebook, instagram, snail mail - it doesn't matter how you share it... just share it. Once 5 friends register for the run (using your referral link) you’ll get a free entry!

PRE-RACE PACKET PICKUP

All participants will pick up their event materials at the start line of the event near the World Cup Countdown Clock at Seattle Center

EVENT DAY REGISTRATION

Registration will remain open until the start of the event at 9:00am. Online registration is the only registration option offered

The Unity Loop 5K will begin near the FIFA World Cup Count Down Clock at Seatte Center. Participants will then travel south along 4th Avenue on portions of the Unity Loop through Downtown Seattle. After exiting 4th Ave, runners will travel through Klondike Gold Rush Park and Occidental Park before finishing on Occidental Avenue at the Vital spirits statue at Lumen Field - home of Seattle's FIFA World Cup matches!

All participants of the Unity Loop 5K will receive the following:

• Brooks Unity Loop 5K Podium Shirt
• Finisher Medal
• Custom Race Bib & Timing Chip

The Unity Loop connects the best of Seattle.  As Seattle prepares to welcome the world in 2026, the Unity Loop and its accompanying mobile app SEA&WIN provide residents and guests with a way to explore more of the small businesses, public art, restaurants, and cultural highlights that make the Emerald City sparkle.

Connecting the Stadiums, Waterfront, and Commercial Core with the Central District, Capitol Hill, Chinatown—International District, Pioneer Square, and SODO, the Unity Loop is a SeattleFWC26 Legacy Project to broaden the benefit of hosting large events so that more neighborhoods and more small businesses share the prosperity.

Soccer is a team sport, and the Unity Loop celebrates the remarkable team of people and communities that makes Seattle so special. Residents and visitors alike can get in the loop and connect with the best Seattle has to offer.
