Description
The One Heart 5K and Fun Run at the beautiful Manito Park is a fundraiser for our nonprofit. The 5K will begin at 9am and the 1.4 mile Fun Run will begin at 9:30am. The 5K and the Fun Run can be run or walked. This annual event that will be enjoyable for individuals and families while bringing visibility to our nonprofit program.
Registration will be capped at 250 for the 5K and 100 for the Fun Run so please be sure to register soon!
One Heart is a non-profit in Spokane that exists to meet the needs of kids, primarily in lower income and at-risk neighborhoods. Currently, we offer year-round After School and Summer programs at our center in the East Central neighborhood. Our long-term goal with the kids is to build relationships, share love, remove food insecurity, improve students’ educational outcomes, school attendance, and enhance their social and emotional life skills. We partner with their families, their schools, and other businesses with the same heart to encourage and empower kids with the tools and confidence necessary for a positive healthy life and future.

Participant Info
Packet Pickup:
Late registration, bib and shirt pickup will be on May 20th (race day) from 7:30am to 8:45am at Manito Park (1702 S Grand Blvd, Spokane, WA 99203). Look for the main entrance off Grand Blvd - near the north lower play structure by the gazebo.

Fun Run: 9:30am
Parking:
Public parking available at Manito Park:
- Near the north playground and pond by entering from the main Grand Blvd entrance
- Near the south playground on Tekoa by entering from 25th
- Side streets around the park

EVERY registered participant will get extra goodies the day of the run when we meet our overall fundraiser goal of $7,500!

By helping us reach our overall goal of $7,500, you will directly impact kids in our drop-in programs which help them develop the tools and skills needed to build a positive and healthy life.
Please make a one-time donation or by becoming an individual Fundraiser. We are offering prizes to the top 3 Fundraisers that are registered for the 5K and the top 3 Fundraiser that are registered for the Fun Run.
