Event Description
New socks and underwear are the most requested items at Teen & Kid Closet.
You can help by joining Teen & Kid Closet at its Socktober Monster Dash 5K & Kids Fun Run.
Get ready for a morning of family-friendly Halloween fun while making a difference for local teens and children in need. Whether you're running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, every registration helps support Teen & Kid Closet’s mission.
The event begins at 10:00 a.m. October 17, 2026, 508 N Government Way, Spokane, WA 99224.
Wait until you see what we’ve planned! A 5K run/walk for all ages and fitness levels, a kids’ fun run, a costume contest, trick-or-treating along the route, as well as food, prizes, and family activities.
Be sure to bring a new pair of socks or underwear! Every donation and participant helps us provide clothing, personal care items, and essential resources to teens and children facing difficult circumstances.
Strollers are welcome on the course, but please leave your pets at home.
We can't wait to see you there!
Packet Pick-Up
Packet Pick-Up will take place at the downtown Teen & Kid Closet store: 307 E Sprague Ave. Spokane, WA 99202.
Thursday, October 15 from 3:30 until 5:00 pm, or Friday, October 16 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm.
If you are unable to pick up at either of these times, you are welcome to check in the morning of the race. If you are planning on doing this, please arrive early so that you can get everything you need before the race starts. Check-in on the morning of the race will take place between 9:00am and 9:45am.
