Description
Brutus killed Caesar. Kanaka Creek Road will kill you. This grueling five mile course starts and ends at Stevenson City Hall and will test your ability to endure pain with an elevation change of 400 feet per mile. After a two-mile death march from the bottom to the very top of Kanaka Creek Road, there is little respite for weary legs as you begin the tooth-rattling descent down West Loop Road, Maple Way, Hot Springs Alameda, and School Street. Beware, all is not what it seems in this hill challenge, and BEWARE THE IDES OF MARCH!
