Description
The 2021 Virtual Turkey on the Run is a great way to kick off your holiday season actively in Wenatchee. This annual, family-friendly event has become a Thanksgiving Day tradition in the community!
Description: Turkey on the Run is a Virtual event benefitting Give NCW. It is hosted by the Community Foundation of North Central Washington and presented by Cascade Autocenter/Subaru and Libke Insurance. The event features a 5K or 10k virtual run or walk. The virtual event historically starts and finishes at beautiful Rotary Park on the western outskirts of Wenatchee, but can be done anywhere during the Thanksgiving weekend.
This event kicks off Give NCW, an annual online crowdfunding campaign that benefits dozens of nonprofits throughout North Central Washington. Give NCW begins Thanksgiving Day and runs through December 31st. Last year, over $560,000 was raised for 60 nonprofits!
Your registration fee will go to all participating nonprofits and will be matched dollar-for-dollar by the Community Foundation of North Central Washington!
